Overview
With a foundation in subjects, methods, theories and disciplines pertaining to architecture and engineering, the Architecture programme of Aalborg University ensures an interdisciplinary competence profile.
The aim is to design architectural projects with a point of departure in Nordic Architecture. Fields of importance in this regard include tectonic design as well as sustainable architecture. Tectonic design integrates structural, functional and aesthetic parameters whereas sustainable architecture integrates design, aesthetic, technical, functional energy and comfort parameters in an integrated design process shaping high level low energy architecture.
It takes two years to attain a Master of Science in Technology (Architecture), and during this time you will meet a wide range of teachers who will present you with new knowledge in key areas.
