Accreditation
The MA in Learning and Technology program is recognized by the Institute of Performance and Learning. Graduates of the program receive credit towards the work experience requirements of the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) certification. Students in the MA in Learning and Technology program are also eligible for an International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) certificate.

Standard Admission
- Four-year (or comparable) Education, Arts, Science, or other undergraduate degree in a related field, from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- At least three years of professional experience in a leadership or management position that is directly related to the MALAT program learning outcomes.
Flexible Admission
- At least seven years of work experience, with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a leadership or management position, that is directly related to the learning outcomes of the MALAT program.
- Some undergraduate education or equivalent.
