The Master of Science in Business Administration at KU Leuven is a one-year Master’s programme taught in English with an international focus. Overview

The Master of Science in Business Administration at KU Leuven encourages you to compile a unique programme by choosing a track and two electives. Each track consists of three courses. The track and electives all help you to deepen and broaden your critical skill set. Additional courses on leadership skills, ethics, sustainability and corporate responsibility are also offered. Finally you will pursue your Master’s thesis.

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.

Other requirements

General requirements

Admission to the Master's programme based on a foreign degree will be subject to verification of its equivalence to one of the above mentioned Flemish degrees.

Equivalence to a relevant Flemish degree will be based on assessment of the undergraduate degree, primarily with respect to the following

  • students need a solid background in economics
  • students need a solid background in research methods, mathematics and statistics
  • students need a solid background in managerial skills (business projects etc.)
  • students need a solid background in management courses.
Applicants are therefore required to submit transcript of records as well as course descriptions of the relevant subjects already taken.
