Overview
Within Law and Technology program from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with specific emphasis on Regulation, Governance, AI, and Legal Tech/AI, we offer engaging perspectives. They explore the potential of artificial intelligence for executing legal tasks, such as case preparation, and the possibility of AI-tools for assistance in public administration and judiciary. These data-driven technologies hold a promise for the future of legal practice.
In the master's program, we encourage a pragmatic, practice-oriented approach to technological capabilities. They assess what is feasible within various legal professions at reasonable costs, both financially and with consideration for our ecological footprint. By engaging in the design of a technical application themselves, students are immersed in the core questions of the program.
