- Applicants will normally be expected to have:
- A minimum 2:2 honours degree in a related discipline (e.g. Housing, Urban Studies, Architecture, Planning, Sociology, or Construction Management).
- OR
- A non-cognate degree plus relevant professional experience in the housing or built environment sector.
- OR
- Substantial relevant work experience (typically 3+ years in a housing, planning, or community development role) in lieu of a formal undergraduate qualification. Admission in these cases will be subject to an interview and/or submission of a portfolio or written statement demonstrating suitability for postgraduate study.
