General requirements
- Students who enrol on this course will normally be required to have:
- a 2:2 from their law degree; or
- have acquired the equivalent knowledge of the key principles of law through a recognised course
- In addition to satisfying one of the above requirements a student will normally also satisfy one of the following criteria:
- have undertaken a recognised SQE 1 preparation course; or
- have acquired the knowledge of the law in the SQE 1 practice areas by an alternative route, or
- have undertaken the LPC, or
- have sat the SRA centralised SQE 1 assessment.
