Overview

The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of social and pedagogical leadership who are capable of effectively managing educational and social processes, designing and implementing innovative projects, and acting as change leaders in educational organizations and the social sphere.Special emphasis is placed on the integration of pedagogical, managerial, and social practices, as well as on developing strategic thinking and teamwork skills.Within the program, students are given the opportunity to build an individual learning trajectory by selecting one of several professional tracks, allowing them to align their studies with their career goals and interests.The consultative track focuses on developing competencies in counseling, mentoring, and psychological-pedagogical support, preparing students to work with individuals and groups in educational and social contexts.The pedagogical track is aimed at those who plan to engage in teaching and educational work, emphasizing modern teaching methods, curriculum design, and learner-centered approaches.The social-pedagogical track prepares specialists to work with vulnerable populations, focusing on prevention programs, inclusion, and support systems for children and youth in complex life situations.The management track is designed for future leaders of educational and social organizations, developing skills in strategic planning, organizational management, and decision-making in conditions of uncertainty.The project and research tracks equip students with competencies in designing, implementing, and evaluating projects, as well as conducting academic and applied research in education and the social sphere.The chosen educational profile is implemented through project-based learning, internships, and field practices that provide real-world experience. The learning process culminates in the preparation and defense of a final qualification work (Master’s thesis), which reflects the student’s selected trajectory and demonstrates their professional and research competencies.
