Overview

Integrative Medical Systems from University of Malta enables you to acquire advanced knowledge and research skills that could be employed in the academic and clinical setting. You will be assigned a local supervisor, and if necessary an external co-supervisor, to enable you to draw up a research proposal and undertake the research project.

This Master of Science Course, which is mainly by Research, will allow you to specialize in your chosen area of studies. The core subjects of the course are Research Methodology and Research Seminars. The Seminars ensure that you are aware of the research in the biomedical area within the University of Malta and other collaborating institutes.

A Bachelor degree from this University, or another higher education institution recognized by Senate for the purpose, with at least Second Class Honours in an area of study related to a health care profession (such as medical, nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy).
