In the face of the climate and ecological emergency, we're driving global action toward a net-zero future. There's currently a green skills shortage, and organisations across the world urgently need people who understand the technologies, systems and challenges behind decarbonisation.
Our MSc Sustainable Technology meets this demand. The course combines technical training in renewable energy, infrastructure design and circular-economy solutions, alongside a deep understanding of the environmental, social and economic forces shaping climate change. This expertise will equip you to create lasting change that benefits society and supports our planet's recovery. The Sustainable Technology programme is offered at UWE Bristol (University of the West of England).

We normally require an honours degree of 2:2 or above.
This course is generally suitable for graduates of degrees with a numeric focus, such as engineering, physical sciences, statistics/maths, psychology, environmental studies, geography, and planning.
If you don't meet the above grade requirements but have at least 12 months relevant professional experience and/or equivalent qualifications, we'll consider you on an individual basis.
