- Bachelor's degree with minimum Second Class (2:2) or equivalent in any subject.
- All applicants will be required to evidence their interest in education, educational improvement and/or educational leadership in their personal statement. The statement should also reflect on any experience the candidate has had working, volunteering or studying in an education or training context.
- This might be in the public or private sector, in schools, universities, training institutions or in any education/training capacity.
- Overall IELTS 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent).
