- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the built environment;
- Interested candidates with undergraduate degrees in an unrelated discipline may be considered on a case-by-case basis;
- Students whose language of instruction during undergraduate study is not English are required to present TOEFL-iBT (min. 85) and IELTS Academic (min. 6.0);
- Related (capstone) projects and job experience will be considered for admission.
