Description

Master in Industrial Design Innovation (MIDI) programme from University Putra Malaysia aims to produce competent graduates equivalent to Professional Designers with relevant knowledge and great analytical skills which include critical thinking and problem solving skill. All these can be applied through design thinking with the concurrent innovative and creative advance process in research and management. Students are expected to be able to engage with experts from across disciplines during the new product development (NPD) process.

General requirements

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in design background or a related field with CGPA as below:
CGPA 3.00 or;
CGPA 2.75-2.99 + 3 years of working experience in related field or;
CGPA 2.50-2.74 + 10 years of working experience in related field or;
All international candidates who have graduated with a bachelor's degree in which English is not a medium of study, must fulfil the English language requirements set by the School of Graduate Studies, University Putra Malaysia.
