To address this need, Master of Business Administration - Human Resource Management programme from Manipal Academy of Higher Education is designed to cultivate the next generation of HR leaders. Career
Students undergo hands-on training to build leadership and decision-making skills through the Leadership Assessment and Development Centre (LADC). The curriculum also includes specialized workshops on Competency Mapping, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Reward Management, Assessment Centers, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Personal Financial Management. Students gain practical, real-world HR experience through immersive internships and live projects to include fostering empathy and social responsibility.

- Admission to TAPMI’s MBA programs is not solely based on academic qualifications; equal emphasis is placed on assessing a candidate’s attitude, motivation, and potential to contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- We look for graduates with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university. Students must provide a valid cutoff score in either of the entrance exams viz. CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT by GMAC (Only for sectoral programs). For the process of selection, the highest score would be considered.
