The scientific research fields of staffs including Aerospace Composite Materials, Nondestructive and Health Monitoring of Structures, Aircraft Structure Fatigue, Design and Analysis of Aerospace Structure, Design and Analysis of Aero Engine, Flight Dynamics and Control, and etc.

The faculty team has undertaken a large number of national, provincial and ministerial projects including national key projects of the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), special projects of aero-engines and gas turbines, pre-research projects in military, and etc. With the faculty staffs’ endeavor, prominent research results have been achieved.
