Overview

The Master of Arts in User Experience Design at the NABA Milan campus explores how people interact with digital technologies and how design can shape those experiences. Taught in Italian or English, this two-year programme combines creative practice with strategic thinking to develop the skills needed to design complex digital communication systems.

Drawing on cognitive psychology and contemporary visual culture, the course connects user experience (UX) with user interface (UI) design. Students learn to consider how a digital product works alongside how it looks, bringing usability and brand identity into the same design process. Information architecture is another central focus, helping students understand how to organise content within digital products and online services.

Accreditation

NABA’s Master of Arts programmes award Second Level Academic Degrees recognised by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR). These qualifications have full legal status and are equivalent to the corresponding university degrees. The academic credits awarded can support progression to further study at academies and universities in Italy and abroad.
