Overview

A graduate of the Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production and Food Technology in the Danube Region programme from Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra can apply the acquired knowledge, skills and competencies arising from the chemical composition of food in research activities and in food practice.

He is able to manage a team for sustainable agriculture and food safety, manage food traceability procedures, crisis situations, and the internal control system in the company. He ensures the control of food labeling and compliance with applicable legislation. He can manage the internal control system in the company, he is able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, when compiling recommendations in the field of healthy nutrition and nutritional advice.

He has innovative thinking and is prepared to professionally present the results of his own analysis and study in front of a professional audience, is able to apply knowledge in food sampling processes for analytical testing, and apply risk assessment as a tool for managing food safety management systems within the framework of ISO 22,000 standards and others.
