This setup lets you apply nanoscale methods and scientific concepts directly to real projects, giving you both practical experience and a high-quality master’s degree after the 4-year programme. Nanoscience is an inherently interdisciplinary field that examines and manipulates materials at the nanoscale to create new or enhanced properties. Throughout the programme, you strengthen your skills in experimental techniques, analysis, and nanoscale modelling, while gaining insight into applications ranging from medicine and biotechnology to materials science and environmental technology. The Nanoscience - Flexible Work-Integrated programme from Aarhus University allows you to specialise within Aarhus University’s core nanoscience strengths:
