A bachelor's degree in a field other than economics, provided that a number of complementary courses specified by the department are successfully completed.
A minimum score of 4.0 in the IELTS Academic test, or its equivalent from other English proficiency tests (English language requirements may be waived for applicants with a bachelor's degree from a country where English is the native language).
