The MSc/PgDip Housing Studies (with internship) from University of Stirling is aimed at those looking to start a career in housing.
Choose your route
- You can apply to study either the Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) or the Master of Science (MSc) in Housing Studies (with internship). Both routes involve completing 120 credits of taught courses over 24 months part-time. After finishing the taught component, you may choose to graduate with the PgDip. You can also continue for a further 12 months part-time to complete a Masters dissertation and graduate with the MSc.
- Both qualifications provide eligibility for chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

General requirements
- A minimum of a second-class honours degree (upper second-class preferred) or equivalent. Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience are encouraged to apply.
- Potential applicants who are already working in housing can apply for the Postgraduate Diploma course on a part-time basis over two years, or at Masters level over three years, without having to do an internship.
- As attendance on campus is required sporadically across the year this study route is not eligible for sponsorship to study in the UK.
