The programme is intended both for graduates who are starting their careers and for specialists with work experience but seeking to improve their skills and improve their qualifications.

The  Project Management programme from Kazakh-British Technical University collaborates with internationally recognized world institutions. An international teaching staff of experts with high academic qualifications and experience meets high standards of training. The programme is designed considering the standards of project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and leads its course towards accreditation by the Global Accreditation Center from PMI.

• Knowledge: Equip students with the fundamental concepts, theory, principles, and best practices of Project Management necessary to improve the performance of organizations' business operations in a changing environment.

• Solving & Thinking: Develop critical and analytical problem solving and transferrable skills for effective decision making and dealing with increasing uncertainty in complex business projects.

• Path Breaking & Implementation: Develop path breaking and implementation process skills which are based on inter-disciplinary and issue-based learning for their effective application in students’ professional domain.

• Integration and Environment:  Fostering in our students the core competencies, ethics, social and professional responsibility for successful team management, change, risk, cultural diversity, communication, collaboration and for effective stakeholder engagement in the project environment.
