Q&A

Will only 4-year bachelor’s degrees be accepted?

Three-year baccalaureate degrees (typically equivalent to 90 credit hours) will be accepted, including from Ontario and other countries.

GPA conversion clarification:

For MBA admissions, only CGPA on the Ontario scale has been provided (3.0/4.0 or 4.3 ~ approx. 70%). A GPA disclaimer will cover variations, and the system can proceed with default conversions.

Are actual reference letters required, or just contact details?

References will be collected via an online form supported by our advisors. They’re not required for PLOA but are needed before the file is reviewed by the admissions committee.

Program duration – Can it be completed in 12 months?

The fastest completion is 18 months (5 terms, includes a 1 term break).

Conditional admission based on language scores?

No conditional admission is offered for the MBA based on language proficiency.

General requirements

Regular Admission requirements are the following:

Baccalaureate degree transcripts with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 or 4.3 scale) for the degree, or in the final two years of the degree.
Letter of interest (Statement of Purpose) explaining your interest in pursuing an MBA degree.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing educational qualifications and work experience.
Two references from professional or academic sources. (Domestic Form | International Form)

Students without a business baccalaureate degree (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science in Management) must complete the three foundation courses in their first term, before beginning the core MBA courses.

Students who enter the program with a business undergraduate degree will receive credit for the foundation courses and begin the program with the core business courses to complete the degree with 36 credits over 12 courses.
