General requirements

Access to the Faculty of Medicine of the UIR will be open by competition to candidates holding a baccalaureate obtained in one of the series or courses below or a diploma recognized as equivalent:

Experimental Sciences Series: physical sciences stream; life and earth sciences stream; agricultural sciences stream.

Mathematical Sciences Series A;

Mathematical Sciences Series B.

Candidates for the competition are ranked in order of merit based on their baccalaureate results . A pre-selection is established based on this ranking and based on the number of positions available. Only candidates selected on the basis of the pre-selection are authorized to take the written tests of the competition.
