Overview
The Transplantation and Donation Sciences (Online) program at The University of Toledo is the first master’s program in the field of organ and tissue donation and transplantation in the U.S.
The online program is designed for individuals already working in the field with an organ procurement organization (OPO), a transplant program center, or a tissue bank.
Students take three blocks of courses in science, medical science, and professional development. Other courses cover the legal, ethical, sociocultural, and behavioral dimensions associated with death, organ and tissue donation, and transplantation.
