Transcripts. A transcript is only considered official if it is sent electronically from the issuing institution directly to the University of Toledo, or (if hard copy) it is in the original sealed envelope with a registrar’s stamp intact.
Transcripts should indicate degree earned, date of conferral, and a key to the grading system used.
Transcripts and diplomas should be submitted in their original language.

By the time of enrollment in the desired graduate program, applicant must have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.7 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
