The International Corporate Law and Governance programme at University of Bradford gives you specialist knowledge of the law regulating critical areas of the operation of modern corporation, such as:

the relationship with shareholders
corporate governance
taxation
employment
trade and investments
competition
finance

You will learn about the global challenges emerging for corporations in areas such as climate change, the requirements of sustainability, inclusivity, the change in business practices and workplace conditions caused by disruptive technologies, and the emerging legal requirements associated with the addressing of these challenges.

The course is shaped by the School of Law International Advisory Board, made up of leading figures in the judiciary and legal practice, academia and wider industry and society who advise the program on the skills and competencies needed in the current and future workplace
