The following candidates may be admitted to the Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid:

Graduates with Bachelor's Degrees in: Engineering, Telecommunications Technology, Audiovisual Systems Engineering, Communications Systems Engineering and Telematics Engineering.
Three-year courses (Ingenieros Técnicos): Telecommunications engineering graduates with any specialism.
Four-year or five-year (depending if taken before or after the changes implemented by the Bologna Process) undergraduate degree courses: Telecommunications Engineering graduates
