Health Leadership and Management - Infectious Diseases Intelligence (Extension) from University of New South Wales is designed to be relevant to the workplace, with many opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge to practice. During your studies, you will gain a sophisticated understanding of a complex body of multidisciplinary knowledge including: infectious diseases intelligence; leadership and workforce management; strategic planning and change management; quality improvement and health program and policy design; and implementation and evaluation.
The program fosters judgment-ready practitioners who can contribute to improving population health and work across a range of contexts including ministries and departments of health, government and non-government and voluntary organisations, primary care and community healthcare services in both public and private sectors.
