
Overview
The Human Resource Management, M.Sc course from the University of Cyprus provides them with knowledge in practical aspects of HR through various workshops that will enhance their understanding from an HR practitioner perspective. In addition, it provides valuable knowledge and skills to help advance students’ career as well as access to a strong human resource management network in Cyprus and abroad. Finally, it enables students to strengthen their analytical, team and communication skills and increase their understanding on business ethics and social responsibility.
Specifically, the Master’s Program in Human Resource Management intends to provide its students:

General requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in any field of study – min GPA 7/10 or 2:1.
- Currently, the program is only offered in English. In order to be eligible, we need proof of proficiency in the English language, equivalent to level C1 at minimum, of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), e.g. through one of the following exams:
- ELTS Academic 7.0
- Aptis Advanced C1
- Advanced C1 (Cambridge CAE)
- IGCSE / GCE B
- Two recommendation letters from academics and/or work supervisors
- A CV and a Statement of Purpose (max 500 words)
- A personal interview (in Greek and English)
