Key features

The goal of the Luxury Management and Customer Experience program is to provide young professionals with the key technical and managerial skills needed today to succeed in the luxury sector. The program aims to shape future professionals in hospitality, jewelry and other luxury sectors, with a particular focus on the luxury customer experience and on Italy’s excellence in this field.

Moreover, participants will learn the skills needed to stand out in the luxury sector and how to grow luxury businesses. By contrast, traditional programs in general management rarely address the specific skill set needed by managers in luxury.
