The Accounting program offered by Istanbul University's mission is to provide high quality academic programs in order to graduate students with superior managerial and entrepreneurial skills in the field of accounting; to train a workforce that can use contemporary and scientific knowledge creatively, conduct scientific research and practice, think analytically, contribute to knowledge, are sensitive to local and global issues, and support universal thought and values.

Career paths

Students who graduate from the program are employed in public institutions, academia and private sector businesses. They can also work in association with SMMM and YMM professional chambers and open their own businesses.

Having a bachelor's degree
Having taken the Ales exam and received a sufficient score
Having taken ÜDS/KPDS or one of the Foreign Language exams whose equivalence is accepted by YÖK and received a sufficient score
Having an interview conducted by the Department Minimum acceptance scores and weights are determined within the framework of the conditions determined by Istanbul University.
