Overview

The Organizational Psychology programme offered at Istanbul Bilgi University addresses the cognitive and emotional underpinnings of human behavior in business life. Students in both subfields are required to conduct a consulting project in a public, private, or non-governmental organization starting in the third semester. These projects are carried out under the supervision of department faculty.

The Organizational Psychology Project-Based Master's Programme offers students the option to specialize in the subfields of Organizational Psychology and Industrial Psychology. Academic courses are structured according to the key competencies required of organizational and industrial psychologists. One common competency area for both subfields is Consulting Skills. Others include statistics, which include numerical/quantitative research management and SPSS skills, and qualitative research methods, including the use of MAXQDA qualitative data analysis.
