In this Technology, Design and Innovation Management program at Izmir Institute of Technology, you will gain:

• The ability to use the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the field, to integrate with different disciplines, to interpret them in cooperation with these disciplines, to transform them into creative problem-solving processes, and to create new knowledge.
• The ability to solve the problems encountered in the field rationally and creatively using a particular research method.
• The ability to take responsibility in order to carry out a study in the field independently, to lead with strategic approaches in the face of problems, to produce solutions and to evaluate the results within the framework of quality processes.
• The ability to approach, interpret, evaluate critically and to examine from different perspectives to the expertise level of information in the field of design and, in this direction, to conduct a self-learning process.

• The ability to transfer, explain, present and communicate with specific methods and tools, in written, verbal and visual forms, in her/his own field or different fields in which she/he interacts interdisciplinary by supporting her/his studies in the field of design with current developments and data.
• The ability to use Information and communication technologies such as computer software, modeling and prototyping tools related to the field of design at the level required by the field.
