General requirements

Applicants for the course are required to hold a 3-year university degree (lNFQ Level 8 or equivalent honours degree), or its equivalent, recognized by the Senate of the University with computing as one of its subjects. (Examples include BA degrees with computing and degrees where computing is a minor subject).

Graduates with less computing than required are recommended to also apply for the Higher Diploma in Software Development MHG70.

Applicants must have a recognised primary degree which is considered equivalent to an Irish university primary degree level (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent honours degree).

Applicants for whom English is not their first language are required to demonstrate their proficiency in English in order to benefit fully from their course of study
