The business environment is re-shaping rapidly, particularly in the financial services industry. All professionals are required to facing more challenges and complicated operation modes. CTBC Business School established the Graduate School of Financial Management in 2016 in response to such trends and the government’s aspiration for the transformation of financial talents. Our school aims to cultivate financial talents coupled with a global vision makes a critical impact on the competitive power of Taiwan’s financial industry.
The Graduate School of Financial Management is grounded on the principles “To Promote the Public Interest and Support the Underprivileged and Deserving” as we are proud to be one of the most practical business schools in Asia. CTBC Business School aims to cultivate young professionals in international business and finance. We are fully supported by our industry partner, CTBC Financial Holding. In addition, we invite financial practitioners and experts from public and private sectors to share the updated knowledge and experience with our students. We also offer internships, and career matching services to our students and graduates.
Programme Structure
Courses are lectured in Chinese and English respectively. Applicant can decide whether they would like to study courses delivered in Chinese or English. Chinese Language and Culture Center offers Mandarin courses. All international students are required to register.

Lecturers
The faculty possesses an international background, including instructors from South Korea, the United States, and various European countries. Additionally, several Taiwanese faculty members have overseas experience. The school also invites instructors with extensive practical experience to teach, ensuring a comprehensive curriculum and enriching learning environment.

General requirements
- Language Requirements: Applicants need to meet specific language requirements. Applicant, who intend to apply for a program taught in Chinese, must show evidence of a minimum level of Chinese language (TOFCL A2 level) to study at postgraduate level. Applicant, who intend to apply for a program taught in English, must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent of above CFER B1 level to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level. The applicant may be exempt from submitting further evidence of language proficiency under three circumstances: 1) the highest degree / diploma of the applicant is taught in Chinese or English; 2) the first language of the applicant is Chinese or English; 3) the applicant majors in Chinese during the highest degree (only apply to Chinese language requirement).
