Leadership, Management and Innovation for Social Care is offered by Dundalk Institute of Technology. This is a two-year part-time MA in Leadership, Management and Innovation for Social Care, which has been developed in consultation with industry representatives across the social care sector, to support the development of leadership, management and innovation skills by experienced, or aspiring, social care managers.

Graduates of this programme will be able to develop career pathways in leadership and management roles across a variety of social care, and comparable settings, in both statutory Social Care Manager, Deputy Manager or PIC across a variety of social care settings.
