The post-graduate Psychology and Management degree program at the International School of Management (ISM) prepares you for a future career on a scientific basis.
Refine your international People Skills
A semester abroad is integrated into the Master's in Business Psychology. After two semesters at ISM, you will spend your third semester at one of our approximately 190 partner universities. Abroad you can:
- deepen your subject-specific knowledge,
- set individual specializations,
- perfect your foreign language skills,
get to know intercultural particularities of business psychology and can complete a second international degree (double degree) at a partner university if you are interested in doing so.

General requirements
- First degree in economics or, alternatively, 30 ECTS points from a psychology, psychology-related or economics subject area. If your quantitative ECTS points are not sufficient, you can prepare yourself for your studies with the Pre-Master.
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- A successfully completed Bachelor's degree (if you have not graduated yet the transcript of records) or
- an equivalent course of study at a university or university of applied sciences or a foreign university of equivalent level, and
- examinations must be of at least 30 ECTS credits in the field of psychology OR in economics subjects.
- Proof of English language skills (if available), equivalent to the B2 level, for eg. TOEFL, IELTS 6.0 or other (only needed if the medium of instruction in your high school/university was not English)

Living costs for München
The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
Funding
The ISM offers different grants and scholarships, including partial and some full scholarships. Other study financing options are available from third parties.
If you would like to apply for an ISM scholarship, applications can be submitted with an already passed ISM admission test for the - upcoming winter semester from May 15 until June 15.
