Data Science Conversion from Kingston University is part of the government's response to the shortage of data science and artificial intelligence specialists in the UK. It aims to help students without strong backgrounds in programming or statistics to acquire a level of skill in these areas and learn to apply them.

Like many MSc courses in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics, Data Science benefits from a diverse community of learners. Funding

The International Success Support Scholarship provides £2,500 towards tuition fees for international students starting in September 2026 on an eligible course. Postgraduate students receive the award in their first year, and this award supports international students to succeed at Kingston University.

We also offer a small number of International Merit-Based Scholarships worth £5,000 towards first-year tuition fees.
