Overview

NEOMA Business School’s MSc Sustainability Transformations prepares students to help organisations address environmental, social and economic challenges while developing more responsible and resilient business models.

The programme provides a broad understanding of sustainable transformation across different business functions. Students explore CSR and ESG strategy, corporate decarbonisation, responsible supply chains, sustainable finance, green marketing, socially responsible human resources and energy procurement. They also examine circular economy principles, business ethics and the regulatory frameworks shaping corporate sustainability.

A strong focus is placed on implementation. Students learn how to assess an organisation’s ESG performance, identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable sustainability roadmaps and support change across departments and value chains. They also consider how stakeholder engagement, innovation and new business models can contribute to lasting transformation.

Practical learning includes workshops, immersive seminars and cross-functional company cases that challenge students to develop sustainable responses to real business issues. Participants can also earn the TASK sustainability literacy certification from Sulitest and qualify to facilitate 2Tonnes climate-awareness workshops. A four-to-six-month professional experience further allows them to apply their expertise within an organisation.

Graduates can pursue roles such as sustainability or ESG consultant, CSR manager, sustainability transformation manager, ESG reporting specialist, social impact manager, sustainable business development manager, green finance specialist or sustainable supply chain manager. Opportunities are available in companies, consultancies, public institutions, non-profit organisations and start-ups.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.

Funding

International applicants may be eligible for scholarships of up to €9,000, awarded according to criteria such as academic excellence or personal, sporting and professional achievements.

Scholarships are limited in number and are granted exclusively to international applicants. Any award received is applied as a reduction in tuition fees.
