In addition to acquiring a better understanding of organizational issues, you will develop skills related to interpersonal skills, advisory roles and intervention in organizations.

At the end of this Business Administration - Development of People and Organizations training at Laval University, you will be able to critically examine organizational practices and strategies, understand people development and resolve problems involving multiple strategic, organizational and human issues.

You will propose innovative, ethical and socially responsible solutions. In addition, this program will allow you to complete a credited internship in a company. If you are already employed, you can carry out your internship within your organization if it is possible for you to carry out a specific mandate in the development of people and organizations.

The candidate holds a baccalaureate or a diploma deemed equivalent.
Candidates whose average is between 2.8 and 3.21 can also submit their application. However, admission is not automatic. After an analysis of the academic and professional background, the program director may make an offer of admission or refuse the application.
