Overview
The Interaction Design study program at University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) lasts for 4 semesters. The first two semesters are teaching-based and require full-time attendance at the SUPSI Campus in Mendrisio. The third and fourth semesters are taken at a distance to have a period of professional internship or academic mobility and do not require attendance on campus.

General requirements
The requirements for the acceptance to the Master of Arts in Interaction Design are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in design (graphic design, industrial design, interior design, media design, etc.) or an equivalent diploma.
- Students with a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as architecture, engineering, humanities, fine arts and business management are entitled to apply. Their applications are subjected to the approval of the Board of the Master, and they might require some extra ECTS credits, which can be obtained before or during the program.
