- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field of computer science, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, statistics, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, medical technology, physical therapy, public health, health sciences, or other branches related from an institution accredited by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation
- Have a cumulative grade point average of not less than 2.50 or equivalent
- Have English language test scores passed the criteria of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University
- Applicants with qualifications other than criteria no. 2) and 3) may be considered to apply for admission at the discretion of the program committees and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University
