Overview

The Master of Science is the first year of Toulouse School of Management Doctoral Programme. We offer a master degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour (Research Track) which rigoursly prepares students for academic research. This training is then developed on throughout the PhD in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, which aims at producing well-rounded academics.

The Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour programme at TSM combines the best of practice, theory, qualitative & quantitative tools and reality-based education. You will attend academic conferences, make presentations, organise seminars, and contribute to management and academic decisions.

The small classroom size is to allow you to work closely with your supervisor, develop interaction with other faculty members who will be happy to act as sounding boards, and gain teaching experience.

Education background:

Our candidates are passionately intellectual people who have a superlative academic record and are committed to a career in academia.

A Bachelor’s degree (in the US), the completion of a Master year 1 (in Europe) or an equivalent diploma, representing a four-year course of study in an accredited college or university, is required for admission. A complete Master’s degree is not required, although many applicants have a Master’s degree in such fields as management, finance, economics, psychology, engineering, and statistics.

Funding

TSM will accept Eiffel scholarship applications at the Master level.

The TSM Doctoral Programme is a 5-year Programme with the first year being an integrated MSc year (Master 2 Master of Science, Research) - the first year is a mandatory part of the Programme. It is therefore mandatory to choose the 'Master' category of Eiffel Bourse when applying for the Eiffel Bourse for entry to the TSM Doctoral Programme, which means that the age limit of 27 years applies.
