The Visual Arts Education degree is offered by the Faculty of Education at MARA Technological University. 

Program Educational Objectives

• To produce educators who are knowledgeable, competent in their respective areas of specialisation and able to manage and develop students in line with the National Education Philosophy

• To produce educators who are competitive in a globalised era, pious, innovative and holistic.

• To offer innovative programmes which cater to various educational fields of specialisation.

• To offer programmes of various educational level to provide a wider opportunity for life-long learning.

• To offer level programmes in various modes, fulltime and part-time (out of campus, franchises, distance learning and flexible learning).

• To ensure that programmes offered are of international standard and accredited by local and international institutions.

• Are knowledgeable and competent with strong understanding of fundamental of teaching and learning in their respective fields

• Uphold professional attitudes and ethics necessary in fulfilling their responsibilities towards the Creator, stakeholders and the society

• Are able to adapt to and adopt from the local and global work environment

• Are able to lead based on experience and knowledge of contemporary development in education
