The Master's programme in Nanobiotechnology gives you insight into biotechnological research and nanomedicine for diagnosis. You will work with the modelling of molecules, giving you detailed insight into the biochemical processes in proteins and their interactions.

In order to enroll in the programme, you need a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • natural sciences 
  • materials science
  • biotechnology

​Students with another Bachelor degree may, upon application to the Board of Studies, be admitted after a specific academic assessment if the applicant is considered as having comparable educational prerequisites. The University can stipulate requirements concerning conducting additional exams prior to the start of study.

Each applicant will receive individual assessment by the Study Board in charge of the Nanotechnology programme at Aalborg University.
