Overview

When studying the Master's programme in Nanobiotechnology offered by Aalborg University , you have the opportunity to investigate the fundamental science as well as the contemporary research that make up the field of nanobiotechnology. You have time to immerse yourself in topics you find particularly interesting and you can take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

By constructing materials atom by atom or molecule by molecule, it is possible to obtain decisive control over their properties and develop unique materials with new and unexpected properties for applications within for example (bio)sensors, catalysis or medicine.

The Master's programme in Nanobiotechnology gives you insight into biotechnological research and nanomedicine for diagnosis. You will work with the modelling of molecules, giving you detailed insight into the biochemical processes in proteins and their interactions.
