Overview
The CARe Graduate School fully covers the training costs of 15,000 Euros per year, with the exception of administrative costs (approximately 350 Euros). CARe also offers gratuities for full-time internships of more than two months, in France and abroad.
Additionnally, international students can apply for a scholarship of 7 000 Euros for the first year of the program and 7 000 euros for the second year, to cover their accommodation and personal expenses. The Cancer, Ageing and Rejuvenation programme from CARe Graduate School at University Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier is a unique opportunity to promote one of the world highest quality education and research center in the shared fields of Cancer and Ageing.
CARe is built on the outstanding activity of the TOUCAN LabEx, the WHO’s geriatric reference center (Gerontopole) and cancer hospital of Toulouse (IUCT) and on a strong network of international academic and industrial partnerships.
The main goal is to propose disruptive high-level education actions in the area of cancer, ageing, rejuvenation sciences and engineering in Toulouse through an international network. This new educational program, implemented in tight relation with research centers in Toulouse, aims at boosting scientific innovation from fundamental concepts to industrial and medical applications.

Courses included:
- Large scale acquisistion and analysis in DNA/RNA/proteins/lipids/metabolites
- Molecular and cellular basis of cancer and ageing
- Pharmacological approaches for the study of life
- Theoretical aspects. Imaging for life sciences
- Analysis and learning in massive data: from basic data to readable and useful
- Innovative pharmacological strategies and therapeutic perspectives
- Exploring of life in imaging

A curriculum vitae (2 pages maximum);
- A cover letter describing your skills and knowledge in relation with the Master’s as well as your research interests (2 pages maximum);
- University results since high school: undergraduate (Bachelor) and postgraduate (if applicable), as well as academic distinctions;
- A brief description of previously followed university courses, to assess the nature and level of acquired knowledge relevant for this program;
- A letter of recommendation from an academic faculty member or a past internship supervisor;
- Results of English proficiency test for non-native English candidates

Living costs
Toulouse
The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
Funding
The CARe Graduate School funds 7,000 Euros for the first year of the Master and 4,000 Euros for the second year of the Master, paid monthly from September to June (700 Euros per month during the first year and 400 Euros per month during the second year). A round-trip air ticket will also be covered in order to allow international CARe students to travel, fund their accommodation and personal expenses during their Master’s studies at the University of Toulouse 3 – Paul Sabatier.
During the second Year of the Master, students will also receive around 3 000€ of part-time internships gratuities.
