Overview
NEOMA Business School ’s full-time MSc Business Development & Key Account Management prepares students to drive business growth in competitive international markets. The programme develops the strategic, commercial and interpersonal skills required to identify opportunities, create value for customers and build lasting business relationships.
Students explore the complete business development process, from market analysis and sales strategy to prospecting, negotiation and key account management. The curriculum also examines buyer behaviour, sales force management and the impact of digital transformation on commercial activities.
An international perspective runs throughout the programme. Students strengthen their ability to negotiate across cultures, adapt their approach to different markets and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Ethical decision-making, corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices are also incorporated into their studies.
Practical learning is central to the programme. Harvard Business School case studies, group projects and real-world business challenges allow students to apply concepts to realistic commercial situations. A four-to-six-month professional experience further helps them build workplace skills and prepare for employment.
Graduates can pursue careers such as international business developer, account manager, key account executive, sales manager, business development manager or international marketing manager. These roles are available across many industries, from consulting and technology to manufacturing, services and consumer goods.
