Overview
NEOMA Business School’s MSc International Finance develops the analytical, technical and strategic skills required to operate in international financial environments. Students build a strong foundation in corporate finance, financial markets, valuation and investment before tailoring their studies through one of three specialist tracks.
- The Asset Management & Investment Research track focuses on portfolio management, equity and credit analysis, and investment decision-making. It includes dedicated preparation for the CFA Level II or Level III examinations, depending on the student’s previous qualifications.
- The Corporate Finance & Investment Banking track explores company valuation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing strategies and capital-market transactions.
- The Financial Markets & Risk Management track examines trading, financial instruments and the identification, assessment and management of financial risk. It supports preparation for the FRM® and SCR® professional qualifications.
Students can also work towards certifications in areas including Bloomberg Market Concepts, ESG investing and French financial-market regulation through the AMF examination. Access to professional databases, trading facilities, practical case studies and professional experience helps connect academic learning with industry practice.
Graduates can pursue careers such as financial analyst, portfolio or asset manager, investment research analyst, M&A analyst, private equity analyst, risk manager, trader, corporate finance consultant, compliance manager, financial auditor or treasury specialist.
