Overview
Through the Construction Project Management course from University of Gloucestershire you’ll develop the skills needed to find solutions that meet the client’s requirements and expectations, whilst evaluating the environmental impact, time, and budget in the most efficient way.
You will explore digital construction, technical skills, construction methodologies, and organisational procedures. This will allow you to gain insight into the holistic leadership and management of all aspects of construction project lifecycles. This MSc in Construction Project Management is part of the suite of Architecture, Construction and Built Environment courses. You will be studying with peers from other subjects such as Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, working collaboratively as multidisciplinary teams, to produce a complex project proposal based on a real-world scenario.
You will gain an understanding of the social, economic and environmental issues commonly affecting construction problems and methods to resolve them and explore project management tools, techniques and software including BIM, Revit and AutoCAD.
