Completed Bachelor’s programme
At least 24 ECTS in the area of real estate, business, management or finance (the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts offers online courses to earn missing ECTS).
Ability to follow English-taught instruction at university level (skills at C1 level for literature and, potentially, presentations)
High degree of motivation and commitment
