Overview

A graduate of the Industrial Mechatronics programme from The Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) will acquire knowledge in the field of mechatronics enabling him to manage teams of workers in this field, independently lead even large projects and take responsibility for complex solutions.

Learning outcomes

The graduate has the ability to have a creative and systematic approach to the analysis and synthesis of mechatronic objects, on the other hand, the approach to analysis and synthesis is derived from the mathematical-physical description of individual functional blocks of these systems, subsequently verified by simulations and experiments on real objects.

The graduate has the knowledge and skills to design parts and assemblies using CAD programmes and to apply unified procedures in the creation of technical documentation with the support of CA methods and to apply the principles of dimensioning and calculations of parts with the support of the FEM method. He correctly applies the methodology of choosing the shape and choosing the technical material of the designed component.
